Dial-A-Home

We've used Dial a Home to manage our flat for the last 4 years and have been really happy with the service they provide. they are responsive and eager to help with any and all problems. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a property management company.

This is he most unprofessional estate agent I have ever encountered. A young couple in their first flat and the toilet leaks, the bathroom floorboards are black, fluffy and rotten, twice a foot had gone through the floor and when it's reported the estate agent tells them how angry the landlord is about it. Lived there less than a year and boiler has broker several times with weeks of no hot water or heating in a ground floor flat. When residents say they are cold, they are not believed.

This has to be the best letting agencies I have ever used. From the very get go they were incredibly pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful in finding my flat. Throughout my tenancy, they were immediate in solving any problems we had and always made sure that we were happy in our flat. I have particularly enjoyed your dealings with Linda who was always pleasant to talk to and made all my problems a priority. Overall an exceptionally professional and high quality letting agency!

Dial A Home. friendly and down to earth bunch of highly organised people who are very good at what they do. As a landlord, I always look for an agent that will treat my tenants well. It's a 3 way street, not an easy thing to manage at times, but they seem to do a great job of finding good tenants, managing the property well whilst communicating effectively with me. I contact dialahome right at the beginning of the pandemic last year as was just about to be made homeless and they were the most helpful agency ever! they helped me gather everything i needed and made the process super easy. although i was only with them a year i can not believe how great they have been. and am gutted to have left their property. if you are looking to rent a property please give them a shout.

Been a tenant of a home which is managed by Dial A Home for three years now. They have been extremely helpful whenever an issue has risen with regard to the maintenance of the property, they're always forthcoming with any information which I have required and quick to respond. Would highly recommend them.

Stay away from them. First of all, they make you pay for the things that no other agency charges you. They require you to do your own referencing (£30+), before you sign the contract. They also make you pay (£25) for the Landlord reference when you need it for your next flat.
Secondly, they are very responsive and accommodating before you move into the flat and sign the contract, however as soon as you are in all communication stops and you will have to fight to actually get some attention.

It took me about two weeks of constant chasing up and calls to fix the most basic issues with the flat, such as not working blinds etc. After living in the flat for several months, some issues were still not resolved
I couldn't get them to fix my boiler and the main door too
They charged me 1/3 of my deposit taking £45 for cleaning, even though I left the flat in exactly the same state as it was when I moved in (apart from some small damages to the wall due to corridor being tiny.

Dial - A - Home has been fantastic throughout my tenancy, unfortunately have had a family problem and have had to leave their flat. The office was great at fixing any problems I had as fast as possible and when my hot water failed the service and quick, reliable fixing really put a good light on the girls and their magnificent work. The 3rd party tradesmen are really good and polite and are experts at what they do, never a problem with work completed by them. I definitely would recommend this letting agent and their cleaning charges after you leave were fair. 10/10 - Would recommend

Complete fly by night company who underhandedly do everything to make sure that your deposit is not returned. We had 3 separate house viewings at the end of our tenancy and on each occasion they commented on how well we had kept the place. Once the keys were handed back they then advised that they had to keep £150 for cleaning fees?? After a lengthy appeal, the SDS scheme ruled in our favor, however the whole process was a rigmarole. I will never use this company again and wholeheartedly advise people to stay clear from these crooks."

I had been renting from them for around 3 years and am surprised with the negative reviews I've read as I've always found them to be great agents and always been very helpful & any issues I've ever had had been resolved very quickly. Sad to have left but moving away for work. Would definately use their agency again in future. Thanks for everything
