I would warn everybody about this company and what it can do to your health and financial well being. I have been lied to continually and cheated and am now several thousands of pounds out of pocket. I have had to employ a solicitor costing more money and they won't supply simply information to help me get the tenant out. They didn't take a deposit from the tenant, produced an unlawful tenancy agreement, have not been checking the property which I now believe is now in a bad state of repair. And if you're wondering why they have a good review it's because the shareholders family is Treen! A family member wrote it! In a word avoid!
