Emma at Castle Estates in Beeston, Nottingham, provided a first class service when my son was urgently looking for shared student accommodation. We had a fairly difficult journey from London to view a potential let and she allowed us maximum flexibility in our arrival time. During the viewing, she was very helpful, answering all of our questions and providing useful information on the local area and transportation.
As it transpired, my son had a late offer of campus accommodation from his university so we did not pursue the let further, but next year, when he will be looking for accommodation off-campus, we will definitely get back to Castle Estates.

Cannot recommend Castle Estates enough. I have dealt with Castle Estates for a number of years. In this time, they (Mike in particular) have been professional and proactive with excellent communication to me as both a tenant and latterly a landlord. Fair with fees, willing to compromise over problems and always contactable. Lovely stuff.

Having used the Castle Estates team to market and manage my rental property for 5 years now, I have no hesitation in recommending them. I consider myself a responsible landlord and the tenants that I have had so far seem happy with the property and the management service. I have been speedily informed by Castle if any problems (eg appliance breakdowns) occur and that has allowed me to take action to solve these quickly, to the satisfaction of the tenants.
They are prepared to point out any areas of the property that they consider need attention and, again, I react promptly to this advice. Not all landlords are so quick to react and it is unfair to lay the blame for any delays solely at the feet of the agent.
