At Lanes we aim to provide a straightforward, honest and reliable service from start to finish. We have a reputation we wish to keep. We rent houses with good reliable tenants and provide a stress free service that can generate income. At the earliest opportunity, we will visit you at your property and guide you step-by-step through the process of letting your property, answering the many questions you may have. You will be advised of the best rental you may hope to achieve for your property, and the type of tenant you might be interested in.
We use the latest camera capture and scan technology to produce VR ready 3D virtual tours of any property. This is ideal for landlords looking to market their property in a unique and innovative way. Photo galleries, 360° panoramas, and fly-through videos lack the feel that home buyers and sellers crave.
If you are soon to become a Lanes tenant, you should have been asked to cover your liability under the terms of your tenancy agreement, or maybe you are thinking about covering your contents in case something unexpected happens. All our landlords reccommend tenant liability in the event of a claim, including upon your move out it may also protect your deposit further with up to 5,000 for accidental damage to the landlords fixtures and fittings. We have used Lanes rentals for the last 23 years since 1999. I think that this period of time speaks for itself! Lanes have always dealt with any issues and problems with no hassle for us - we lived in New Zealand for some of this time. What I really like is that we have dealt with the same staff for many of these years. Anne, Mandi, Simon, Laura and Amber are all fantastic. Simon the Director, is always available to sort out any problems or concerns.
As well as looking after us, the management must also look after the staff, as they are not continually changing, Mandi has just celebrated 20 years with the company. Thank you! Would definitely recommend Lanes.

I found Debbie at Lanes Sales & Lettings MK to be professional and efficient when we were selling our property. We were so fortunate to have found Lanes when we moved to Milton Keynes, most of the time we were assisted by Laura Hughes. I have been using Lanes for the letting of my properties for 6 years and for the entire time I have had just 2 weeks not rented. The team are always on top of tenant issues and never even bother me for minor gripes or maintenance requests. The annual electrical and boiler servicing are dealt with automatically and so I am hardly ever bothered with any issues. Rent is always on time every month, with a modest increase each year. Even our tenant is complimentary of their service! I have no experience of any other MK agency.....because I don’t need to!

Used the Lanes managed property service for 12+ years. Found them very efficient and they provided very good long term tenants. More recently sold two houses with them and again, very efficient and hands on, especially as both sales were quite difficult through no fault of Lanes. What can I say apart from the fact these guys are a professional outfit and make rental simple. No hidden fees, everything transparent and educated staff who know their business. We viewed a number of properties before we decided which one to go for and for every viewing we requested the guys where punctual and knowledgeable and made our lives so much easier by managing to fit our requests into the slim time windows we had available. Have to give special thanks to both Sian and Laura who went the extra mile for us, we couldn't recommend them enough!!
