Services
Rooted in the local community and nestled on Kew Green, Priory Lettings and Management are an independent, agile and dedicated family business delivering a professional and personal service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants for over 40 years. We have built a reputation for being efficient and discreet.
One week's rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing). Security Deposit Per tenancy. Five weeks' rent. This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.

Over the past 10+ years I have used Priory Management as both a tenant (renting through them) and as a landlord (having them sell, rent and manage my own properties). They have always been great at finding quality tenants, arranging repairs, finding good buyers, etc. James, Debbie, Jack, Iwona and the team are great to work with. I highly recommend their services to both landlords and tenants!

I have used Priory Management for a number of years now and always impressed with their professionalism and hunger to help. Absolutely bunch of unprofessional people. They had a booking with me to show an apartment. 10 mins before my appointment I gave them a call to say I would be 5 minutes late. They told me that all appointments were cancelled as the person I had the viewing with. Which was unprofessional as I got no call and I told them I was coming from a 30 mins drive.

I don't love close by. They say someone will be there in 15 mins. 20 mins after my scheduled time I call them and they tell me the person will be there in another 10-15 mins. I told them I have another appointment so not to bother coming now. The person goes and I quote "I arranged someone to come so it's either now to view the apartment or forget it." I decided to leave.

I don't want to work with such people. Imagine I rented an apartment with these people. Call them to get something fixed and no one would show. Pathetic. DO NOT USE THEM! NO ETHICS!

This is what we call bespoke service. Very Friendly, highly efficient, always willing to assist. Unlike high street firms they have a more personal approach and they really deliver! Highly recommended!

Priory have always acted professionally and to a high standard of service. I have used them to find tenants for my properties for some years and have always been very happy with both the service provided and the quality of the tenants' referencing and checks. I would recommend them to any landlord

I am very surprised there are not many reviews about Priory. I rented a house in Kew through their company for about 3 years, and I couldn't recommend them more. From needing someone to fix appliances to locking myself out of my apartment on a Sunday (.), they've always been there to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Granted, some of their employees need a little bit of a reminder and a push to actually get things going, but they always do in the end.

Most importantly, they are kind, understanding people and they take the time to chat and figure out possible solutions with you. They approach things with a logical but sensitive touch, which is lovely. They also take the time to research things for you and even recommend solutions and choices based on what they personally do and have experienced in all their years in the industry.

When it comes to money and legal matters, I've never found a company more transparent with contracts, invoices and receipts. We went through 3 or 4 drafts of the contract initially before settling to the final one, because they really do listen to what you have to say and your concerns. Not to mention my landlord was wonderful throughout. A big thank you to Priory for taking care of me for the past 3 years and I hope we cross paths again in the future!

Very disappointed over quality of service. One member of the team does not appear to know what the other is doing, resulting, not only in them not turning up for their own appointment, but being unable to commit to any time of arrival. After over an hour of waiting and not even receiving call back with updates on ETA, we had to leave without seeing a property we were interested in.

When we made the last call to advise that we were departing, they offered to pay for a cup of coffee. It's a house we were looking for, not a wasted 3 hours (including travel)

Recently let 3 properties with Priory Managent. They were extremely helpful and efficient, making sure we had the right tenant for the properties. They dealt with all the paperwork without any problems and were easy to contact throughout the process. Wow. At last a letting agent that actually does what it says and should do. I've rented for the last 20 years and have always felt short changed either during the tenancy with poor or slow maintenance or at the end with slow deposit return or unfair deductions. Fiona
