Aspray are without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They invited cowboy builders into my property and completely wrecked my house. They stayed for 6 months and were abusive and disrespectful. Aspray didnt uphold their 1 year guarantee and repeatedly lied to get out of helping me. It was a complete nightmare, I honestly wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

In the end, it took a whole year of sending texts/emails/photo as proof and the ombudsman ordered them to pay me 2000. They would not have done that had I not got the ombudsman involved, they will reply to this saying "oooh we're normally wonderful", maybe so, but when you're not, you're absolute criminals.

I would highly recommend Aspray, and this for several reasons. One of the reasons being a franchisee of Aspray - central and West London - and my positive experience in this business where constant support is provided and where success is achievable (with dedication and commitment of course!) The other reason being an amazing service that I got to experience on my own way before I veer heard of "loss assessing".

I was 7 months pregnant when my newly decorated baby room got damaged by a leak coming from my neighs bathroom, creating stress and worry to my already over dramatic hormonal self. My builder introduced me to this "company that could take the hassle away of your insurance claim" and they did indeed! I got my fresh new baby room just in time for the new arrival and bought in a few months following this event into the franchise myself. Thank you Aspray for this experience and continuous support!

This is a testimonial for the recent work done on our kitchen. We were away on a recent trip and upon our return found there had been a leak from a header tank in the roof space, causing the roof to cave in and also damage the flooring. So we gave you a call and true to form you turned up ready to do battle with our insurers. I'm not sure on the gory details, but they were being particularly awkward with one aspect of the claim.

But instead of admitting defeat, and tugging your forelock to them. You came up with an alternative to make sure we were happy with everything. You kept us well informed throughout every aspect of the job, and it has to be said the prosses was easy, and enjoyable, resulting in a superb outcome. I have been a franchisee now for nearly 5 years, I really liked the business model and never knew a service like this existed, that's what caught my attention to Aspray. Being in franchising for 13 years with two other franchisors, I understood from the outset like any business or franchise you have to work hard to bring in business if you want to grow and be successful and Aspray is no different, you get work from head office from national introducers which for me is an added bonus.

As for the Franchisor and the support they offer is second to none, at any time I can go on any refresher course and when I took on a member of staff who was unable to travel down to head office the girls in the office spent hours training my new member of staff on Skype, at no cost to my business they are just happy to see the business grow. Faced with the same decision I had to make nearly 5 years ago looking at buying a franchise, I would have no hesitation to purchase an Aspray Franchise.

I joined the Aspray network in May 2016 and have never looked back. I have recieved a large volume of work from head office and they have always gone out of their way whenever I have needed any advice or support. The whole Aspray Management team are amazing & I have found the value of the franchise fee to be worth every penny. If you are hard working, committed and prepared to put in the hours and apply the advice given to make your business work then Aspray will support and nurture you every step of the way. I joined the Aspray network in July 2017 after spending over a decade in construction and engineering. I have to be honest and say that although the selection process was extremely robust and thorough, it was an eye opening experience for all of the right reasons. Although I had conducted my own due diligence before my initial contact with the recruitment team, that wasn't enough to prepare me for how engaging and enthusiastic the team were.

At no point was I pressured to hand over my investment, and if anything, Aspray wanted me to prove that I was worth investing their time and reputation in. The training I received was fantastic, and although I had first hand knowledge of the insurance industry, by the time I finished the course I felt utterly equipped to commence trading. However, it would be ridiculous to suggest that I wouldn't need ongoing help and at month 2 of trading, head office are always there to help and guide me as much as I need it.

And that is the most important aspect of being in the Aspray network. Head office from Director down are literally at the end of the phone as much as you need them to be. It is in their interest for you to succeed! I have loved every minute of my journey since joining the network and I can honestly say that my investment has been worth every penny! I'm looking forward to growing my business with the help of the team from Director down and can't wait to see what the next 12 months hold.

Having purchased my Aspray franchise in June 2016 I very quickly realised I had made the correct decision. 2 weeks of intensive training followed the signing of my agreement and whilst on that training my first claim was assigned to me. The support from everyone at Head Office is nothing short of first class. From the compliance team straight through to the claims handlers they all take the time needed to make sure you are 100% comfortable and give you every chance of success.

Since joining I have had 2 members of staff visit head office and they have really benefitied from the training and support on offer. If anyone reading this is considering buying a franchise "look no further". Like most things in life you only ever get out what you put in. Some of the reviews I have read on here have left me gobsmacked! Take it from someonone who has made a "HUGE" success of the Aspray franchise.

If you have drive and ambition and you are willing to put the hard work in you can't find a better set up than Apsray. A big thanks to every single member of the Aspray head office team for the success they have helped me create. I couldn't have done it without you.
